Q. How does the process work?
A. After contacting us and selecting your package, we’ll consult with you to get all the detailed information you would like to be considered and/or included in the song (i.e, what style of music you like, how you might want the song to sound, etc.). After submitting your information, a 50% deposit is required to start production. We will then write a first draft of the song for your approval. Final payment is then required to record the song for your final approval. Your custom wedding song is delivered and ready for your big day!

Q. I have already written lyrics, can you use them to create my song?
A. Yes. We can record your song exactly as it is, or we can suggest little changes as we may see fit.

Q. How much does this cost?
A. We have different packages available for all tastes and budgets. Display case and additional copies are also available. Click here to view packages.

Q. What personalized information can my song contain?
A. This is up to you. You can tell us as much as you want, such as where you met, your first kiss and date or even special dates and events like birthdays and anniversaries. The lyrics are written from scratch, so we can include anything you'd like.

Q. Can I personalize a cover of a popular song?
A. No. Due to copyright laws we cannot record cover versions of existing songs.

Q. Can I talk to the songwriter before you write my song?
A. Yes. Just contact us and we'll arrange a time that works for you.

Q. Once my song is finished, what will I actually receive?
A. Your custom song will be delivered on a personalized CD or in MP3 format as well as a lyrics sheet. Additional options are available at an extra cost, including display cases and copies for families and friends.

Q. What payment options are available?
A. We accept Certified Cheque, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Q. Is a deposit required?
A. Yes. After submitting your information and selecting a package, a 50% deposit is required to start production.

Q. Who owns the music copyright?
A. We retain full rights and copyright to all music we produce. However, if you wish to purchase the music rights, that can be arranged.
